We have events planned throughout the year. Here are the events planned for 2025!

Annual Meeting
When: Tuesday, March 4 7 pm - 8 pm
Where: virtual (email to receive the link)
Details: Call for nominations for Board of Directors. At this annual meeting we will be reviewing and approving the 2025 annual budget and holding our annual elections for the Board of Directors. Homeowners can submit BOD nomination forms through February 17. If you cannot attend the meeting, please reach out for a proxy card to still have your vote counted!
Meet & Greet
When: Cancelled
Where: Grassy area on the corner of Haverhill and Joppa Farm Road
Details: Come meet your board members, grab some snacks and hang out with other homeowners!
Community Yard Sales
When: Saturday, July 19 8 am - 2 pm
Saturday, July 26 8 am - 2 pm
Where: In your front yard
Details: These are designated days for yard sales within the community. Clear the clutter!
Board Meetings
When: Tuesday, July 15 7 pm
Tuesday, September 16 7 pm Tuesday, November 18 7 pm
Where: Virtual! Email Katie for a link to the meeting.
Details: The agenda for these meetings will be emailed ahead of the meeting. These meetings are a chance for homeowners to hear what is happening in the HOA as well as communicate their wishes to the board. Please attend if you can!

Details: Sponsored by 755Alliance and Harford County. THESE ARE LARGER COMMUNITY EVENTS AND NOT HOSTED BY THE HOA. Given the successes of past dumpster days, we are including these here for our community members so that they can take advantage of this wonderful event.
Reminder, prohibited items include: commercial business waste, hazardous materials, paint, or tires.
